Dang, July 31: Naya Shakti Party Coordinator Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said that political stability and development was not possible through the parliamentary system of governance in the country.

Speaking at a press meet organized by Federation of Nepali Journalists, Dang here today, he said so a presidential system should be adopted by amending the constitution. RSS
