Police rounded up Bhim Bahadur Tamang, 24, of Chitwan Municipality – 3, Chitwan’s Superintendent of Police, Deepak Shrestha said.

The attack took place on January 24 at a time when Dr Neupane was inside his vehicle (BA 14 Cha 7564) within the college premises. Tamang managed to break the windshields but the college chief escaped unscathed.

Police have filed a case of an attempted murder against Tamang. The District Court Chitwan on Thursday extended the custody of the accused by five days for necessary legal proceedings, police said. RSS
