
Banepa, May 9: Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has claimed that the government’s policy and programme could not be implemented.
While laying the foundation stone for the construction of Dhaneshwar Mahadev Temple at Banepa in Kavrepalanchowk district today, leader Singh termed the government’s policy and programme as the election manifesto of a political party.
Leader Singh blamed the government saying that it failed to expedite the post-quake reconstruction projects and now issuing populist policy and programme only to masquerade its weaknesses.
In another context, he said that the immature step performed by his party while exercising to change the incumbent government has defamed the party’s image.
The temple is going to be constructed at a total cost of over Rs 16 million. RSS
