Banepa, July 4: CPN (Maoist Center) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal has spoken of the need of a national consensus government in country’s post-constitution period.

Speaking at a public programme at Nala of Kavrepalanchwok Monday, the chair of the ruling partner in the incumbent CPN (UML)-led government said a national unity government will be formed in collaboration among the political parties sharing a common agenda.

He went on saying that his party was ready to lead such government if there was an agreement towards that end.

Dahal urged other major political parties not to take the matters of government change lightly. He admitted that the government failed to provide even a little relief to the earthquake survivors. RSS
