UDMF not to join govt unless their demands addressed: Shukla

Kathmandu, Aug 8: The Tarai Madhes Democratic Party leader Sarbendra Nath Shukla has said that the United Democratic Madhesi Front will not join the government unless the constitution is amended on the basis of three-point agreement.

While congratulating the newly elected Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal in today’s parliament meeting leader Shukla added that their demands were yet to be addressed adding that they had cast the votes for Dahal on the PM election on the basis of the three-point agreement expecting to address their demands.

Similarly, Sadbhawana Party co-chair Laxman Lal Karna speaking in the same meeting, expressed best wishes to PM Dahal saying he would be able to make the constitution acceptable to all.

Madhesi Jandhikar Forum (Democratic) leader Janakraj Chaudharay said that no one should be boycotted on the journey of national consensus. RSS
