Kathmandu, Sept 8: CPN (UML) Vice-chair and former Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal has stated that the Prime Minister’s address in the parliament was just remarks made for chief popularity.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today addressed the house on a matter of public importance.
Leader Rawal, while leaving the house after listening to the Prime Minister, said the promises made by the PM were only for chief popularity as these were not part of the budget.
He questioned how the PM could manage the fund for the same if they are not mentioned in the budget.
The UML Vice-chair also ruled out the relevancy of the constitution amendment, while questioning the rationale behind it. RSS
