Kathmandu, Sept 24: Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh has spoken of the need of sorting out disputes hovering over the boundary of provinces through political understandings.
Taking part in a reception organised on the occasion of the upcoming Bijayadashami Festival by NC Tokha Town Committee today, he said the contentious issues regarding the boundary of provinces be settled first before amending the constitution.
The Congress leader further said that people had become frustrated as political parties were lingering on the issue of constitution enforcement.
Also speaking on the same occasion, lawmaker Bhimsen Das Pradhan called for addressing the demands of Tarai-Madhesi though a political decision.
NC Kathmandu district president Sabuj Baniya called on the party cadres to gear up for the local poll likely to be held soon. RSS
