According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, on 18 April, President Bhandari will attend the Ceremonial Reception and inspect a Guard of Honour at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. She will also pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat and visit Yamuna Biodiversity Park.
On the same day, President will pay call on her Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee and attend a Banquet hosted by him. Shri Mohammad Hamid Ansari, Vice President, Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister and some senior Cabinet members of the Government of India will call on President Bhandari.
The President will attend a reception and a dinner to be hosted by Ambassador of Nepal to India, Mr. Deep Kumar Upadhyayain, in New Delhi on 17 April 2017.
During the visit, the President will also visit Gujarat and Odisha. President Bhandari will return home on 21 April 2017. RSS
