Kanchanpur, Aug 12: The movement of four-wheeler vehicles has come to a halt on Banbasa bridge since this morning with the rise of water current in the Mahakali River.

According to the measurement carried out at 7.00 this morning, the water current has reached 105,203 cu sec in the Mahakali River, informed ASI of Area Police Office, Gaddachauki, Gokul Balayar.

Traffic movement of four-wheeler is normally prohibited on Banbasa bridge when the water flow crosses 100,000 cu sec in the Mahakali. RSS
