He is Bal Bahadur Magar of Shahikhola, Triyuga Municipality-7. Police also confiscated the motorcycle used by them, Chief of Udayapur District, Nawaraj Bhatta said.

Police have identified Magar’s accomplices and are searching for them at every village and transit points in the district.

Seven people including election candidate Karki were ambushed while travelling in the vehicle. The vehicle was ambushed in the jungle at Danuwarbensi on Wednesday. All those on board the vehicle sustained serious injuries in the ambush. (RSS)
