Khim Bahadur Ghartimagar,30, a resident of Nishikhola rural municipality-5 was arrested during a regular checking by police of a passenger bus he was travelling in towards Burtibang from Bhalkot, according to Sub-inspector of police Rim Bahadur Baidawar at the Area Police Office, Jhiwakhola.

Further investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
