Nawalparasi, Sept 29 (RSS): A man who had been missing from near the Pratappur bridge in ward no. 9 of Pratappur rural municipality has been found dead. His body was recovered from the Gandak canal in ward no. 6 of the same rural municipality.

The deceased has been identified as Rakesh Baniya of around 25 years of age, police said. He was a resident of western Champaran district in Bihar of India.
