Portugal, Aug 13 (RSS) : Nepali Congress Spokesperson Biswo Prakash Sharma has stressed the need to chart out the future course by institutionalizing democracy and federalism. 

Addressing the 10th annual general meeting of the Nepali Janasamparka Samiti Portugal on Monday, Spokesperson Sharma clarified that the main agenda of the NC was to institutionalize democracy and federalism. 

He claimed that the country could make progress only through NC’s ideological line and parliamentary systems. 

There is no way but to institutionalize the achievements yielded through a shared struggle and address the remaining issues through joint efforts.
