Kathmandu, March 24: Nepali Congress (NC) has condemned the terrorist attacks on different places in Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday.
In a press statement issued by NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba today, NC, the biggest political party in the Legislature-Parliament, expressed its sorrow over the death of some 50 people and more than 250 injured resulted by the terrorist bomb attacks in three different places in Brussels.
“The terrorist attack at one of the busiest airports in Europe- Zaventem Airport- and a city metro station, claiming the lives of innocent passengers is condemnable. I urge one and all to stand united against the terrorism which is taking toll in various European countries by series of attacks,” notes the message.
Extending heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the Government and people of Belgium as well as to the bereaved families, NC has wished for the early recovery of those injured in the incidents.
The Party has also demanded a stern action against the perpetrators of these heinous acts. RSS
