Kathmandu, April 10: Group discussions have begun since this morning on the political report presented by party Chairman KP Sharma Oli at the sixth central committee meeting of the CPN-UML.

A total of 184 central members including the party’s office-bearers have been divided into ten groups to hold group-wise deliberations on the report.

The group leaders will then present their respective feedback on Monday, according to the party office secretary Krishna Gopal Shrestha. The political report will then be amended based on the feedback received and then approved by the CC.

Furthermore, the meeting to be held on Tuesday will take decisions regarding endorsement of the standing committee decisions, nominations in the party’s departments, reports of various commissions of the party, removing difficulties in the party’s statute, constructing the central office building of the party and proposals on contemporary political issues, added Shrestha.
