Kathmandu, April 23: Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Ananda Prasad Pokharel, has said that the government would not spare those found misappropriating in the supply of the essential goods.
The supply of various vital commodities was choked off due to the India-imposed trade embargo amid the agitation in several parts of the Terai.
At a press conference organized by Society of Dolakhali Journalists in Kathmandu Saturday, Minister Pokharel assured that the government was accelerating the works on various sectors such as construction of physical infrastructures for promotion of tourism, security sector and effective public services.
On the occasion, Minister Pokharel shared that various programmes were going to be organized on the occasion of 2560th Budda Jayanti on May 6-8, which he believes, would help uphold the fact that Lord Budhha was born in Nepal. RSS
