Bardibas, April 25: Minister for Education Giriraj Mani Pokharel has clarified that the government was not working out to bring any ordinance by bypassing the parliament.

Talking to journalists after attending a free text book distribution programme to the students at Janata Secondary School of Mahottari district today, Minister Pokharel informed that the government was preparing to call the monsoon session of parliament.

He further claimed that the government would not bypass the parliamentary norms and practice.

Minister Pokharel claimed that though the practice of bringing the ordinance when the parliament was in recess was a democratic practice, the government was not thinking in this connection right now.

He further assured that the text books would be taken to the reach of every student within two days across the country. RSS
