Kathmandu, April 26: Nepali Congress leader Prakash Man Singh has urged the government to call the monsoon session of parliament.

While inaugurating the conference hall of Bijay Memorial Higher Secondary School here in the capital today, leader Singh said that the government should soon call the parliament session even to discuss the issues related to reconstruction projects, implementation of the constitution among others.
