Baglung, May 13: A man has killed his wife over family matter at Pandavkhani-9 in the district.

Twenty-nine years old Nabin Bahadur Pun hacked his wife Gautami Pun, 33, over petty domestic quarrel, police said.

Pun had attacked his wife in the neck with a sickle, inflicting fatal injury to her. The wife died on the way to the local health post at Hatiya, it is stated.

Nabin has confessed to killing Gautami under the influence of alcohol. Police have arrested Nabin and launched an investigation. RSS
