Solukhumbu, May 20: Lhakpa Sherpa of Sankhuwasabha district has broken her previous record of scaling Mt Everest, the highest peak of the world for many times.

She had the record of scaling the peak for six times before this.

She successfully scaled the peak at 5:00 am today, said Gyanendra Kumar Shrestha, liaison officer of the mountaineering section of the Department of Tourism. RSS
