Kawasoti, May 26: The body of Manisha Ghartimagar,17, has been sent to Kathmandu for a post mortem, after concluding that the reason of her death was mysterious. Sister of famed national footballer Bimal Ghartimagar, Manisha was found dead at her home in Bardaghat-8, Parasi this morning.

Her body had been taken to Prithivichandra district hospital for a post mortem, but police decided to send the body to Kathmandu for ‘further’ examination.

A special team has been assigned to carry out a deep investigation into this case and hence the body was sent to Kathmandu for a post mortem, Superintendent of Police Rajendra Chaudhary said.

Meanwhile, Rudra Narayan Chaudhary,22, of Tilakpur, who was arrested in relation to the murder, told police that he had gone to Manisha’s home in the evening, but slept in different rooms after a minor fight. Manisha was alone in her home last night when the incident took place, police said. RSS
