Dailekh, June 4: A minor was killed after being struck by lightning in a place called Jangali of Chamunda VDC-1 this morning.

Seven-year-old Saraswati Shahi, the daughter of Udaya Bahadur Shahi was inside her home when lightning struck.

She died on the spot, according to DSP at the District Police Office Bir Bahadur Oli. Three buffaloes owned by the Shahi family were also killed on the occasion. RSS
