Kathmandu, June 5: Press Chautari Nepal member Lakpa Gelu Sherpa has unfurled the flag of PCN atop Mt Everest or Sagarmatha.

A resident of Solukhumbu, Sherpa returned to Kathmandu today after successfully scaling the world’s tallest mountain on May 23, along with flag of PCN. This is the first instance that a flag related to any media organization has been unfurled atop Everest, claimed PCN Vice-chair Madhav Nepal. RSS
