Ratnanagar (Chitwan), June 11: Chitwan police has arrested five people along with 22,786 US dollar.

Chief of Chitwan Police, Basanta Nahadur Kunwar, said that police arrested him along with the US dollar in course of checking in Chitwan while they were heading towards Kakadvitta from Kathmandu.

The arrested are Nabin Lama, 28, of Babiyachour-5, Sher Bahadur Roka, 28, of Arman VDC-5,Badal Jugjali, 20, of Bima VDC, Manoj Buda, 22, and Manoj Bhandari, 33, of Okharbot VDC  of Myagdi district, said Kunwar. They were arrested as they did not have any document. They, arrested on June 9, have been sent to Department of Revenue Investigation, Hariharbhawan in Kathmandu for further investigation. RSS
