Dhamboji, April 29 (RSS): Regional In-charge of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav)-led group, Bishnu Pariyar was arrested by police from Bansgadhi municipality in Bardiya district.

Pariyar was held at a time when he was collecting money through extortion, according to the District Administration Office.

Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Kuriwang said that Pariyar, in-charge of Bansgadhi and Thakurbaba municipality area, has been kept in custody.
