Biratnagar, Sept 13: Chairman of the Federal Socialists Forum, Upendra Yadav, has said that the incumbent government should give top priority to Madhes issues.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport this morning, Chairman Yadav complained that the government has not yet shown any interest in constitution amendment and has been making delay in implementing the three-point deal.
He said, “Major political parties should stand together to make the constitution acceptable to all by addressing the issues of Madhes and added that it would not be enough only registering the constitution amendment proposal in the Parliament.
Responding a query of media persons, Chairman Yadav said that although they have not given deadline to the government for the constitution amendment, they have to think once again if the government was not seen serious over the issue.
Asking not to conect the Prime Minister’s India visit with constitution amendment, he clarified that constitution amendment was the internal matter of the country. RSS
