Chitwan, Sept 22: Nepali Congress leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh has stressed on all-party unity for the implementation of the constitution.

Talking to media persons here today leader Singh urged all-party to forge consensus and stand in a single stance for the same.

He opined for bringing the main opposition CPN (UML) in the consensus for the implementation of the constitution adding that the government was holding talks with Madhesi front regarding the issues of amending the constitution as well.

He further added that the party was working out to implement the constitution.

He blamed the previous government saying that it failed to implement the constitution. RSS
