Kathmandu, Sept 30: Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel today urged the journalists to remain alert while using their pen.

At a greetings exchange programme held on the occasion of the festivals of Bada Dashain, Dipawali and Chhath, Poudel said the country was at a crucial juncture and spoke of elements becoming active in a conspiracy to defame democracy.

“I appeal to the common journalists’ class to unite against those working to block the constitution’s implementation and disrupt elections, and disseminate truth and news to the people,” he said.

He added that the will power to free the country of crisis depended on the political leadership. RSS
