Kathmandu, Oct 2: The Public Hearing Special Committee (PHSC) under the Legislature-Parliament today has endorsed Leela Mani Poudyal and Deep Kumar Upadhyay as Nepali ambassadors to China and India respectively.

The Committee unanimously endorsed Poudyal’s name while Upadhyay was endorsed by a majority.

The meeting of the Council of Ministers on September 1 had recommended them as Nepal’s ambassadors to these countries.

Similarly the committee endorsed Ram Prasad Sitaula as the member of the judicial council. RSS
