Pokhara, Nov 7: Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has said that the implementation of the constitution was the main challenge of the hour.

Speaking in an interaction with party cadres in Kaski district, leader Poudel stressed on addressing the issues of disgruntled parties even by amending the constitution.

He urged the party leaders not to indulge in minor issues saying that it was the time to institutionalize the achievements made through political movements.

In another context, he opined for holding three-tier of elections in the stipulated time. Leader Poudel urged CPN (UML) and protesting Tarai centric parties to be loyal for resolving the issues through constitution amendment.

He said that the party leadership should make fair judgment of the party cadres. RSS
