Lamjung, Dec 3: Minister for Land Reforms and Management Bikram Pandey has said that the constitution amendment bill registered in the parliament will fail.
He said so adding that the government haphazardly registered the bill in the parliament without consulting the Cabinet Ministers and coalition parties as well.
Minister Pandey added that the ruling parties’ lawmakers were against the amendment bill therefore, the bill fails to garner the necessary votes.
In another note, Minister Pandey said that he had suggested all to develop the existing five development regions into province but nobody heard it.
Pandey even accepted that the performance of the incumbent government was not as per the expectation of the people.
Minister Pandey has arrived in the district in a programme organized by the recently unified Rastriya Prajatantra Party after its unification with RPP-Nepal.
Addressing the party programme, he further said that the party would emerge as the alternative nationalistic force. RSS
