Kathmandu, Dec 3: The share market this week saw the trade of shares worth Rs. 5.83 billion.

According to Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), 7.46 million shares were traded during the week, with an increase in the NEPSE index by 131 points from the first day to reach 1,600 at the weekend.

The transaction of shares increased by 15.0 per cent in compared to the previous week.

Last week, 7.3 million units of shares worth Rs. 5.07 billion was traded involving 152 different companies. RSS
