Kathmandu, Dec 5: The Local Body Restructuring commission is all set to submit its report by mid-December. 

The commission chair Balananda Poudel has said that the commission has received the recommendations regarding the local body restructuring from almost all districts except seven districts from Tarai belt.

The commission is yet to receive recommendations from Bara, Parsa, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Siraha and Saptari districts.

Similarly, the commission member Sunil Ranjan Singh informed that they were working out to finalize the recommendations received from 68 districts.

He further said that the commission would make concrete decisions regarding the seven districts and would submit its report to the government soon.

The commission was formed in April last year. RSS
