The deceased has been identified as 28 – year – old Dal Bahadur Rokaya, his relative Laxmi Raj Padhaya said.
Rokaya had gone to a Duduli river forest near his house to collect fodder for livestock in the afternoon when the mishap took place. His death has left his six – month – old daughter and wife without a breadwinner. RSS
