The underground cable is used to transmit electricity from new-Chabahil Substation through the overhead power line of 11 KV. The power supply to Suekhdara, Mandikhatar and Chapal Kaarkhana snapped at 6 am this morning.

Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Spokesperson, Prabal Adhikari, said a technical team has been dispatched to the site. He added that the power supply would resume as soon as the cable is repaired. RSS
