UML District Committee Chairman, Kali Bahadur Shahi, has been elected as the rural municipality’s head, said Election Official Prakash Raj Poudel. Shahi garnered 451 votes to win the local level election.

His closest rival, Sundar Bista, from Nepali Congress garnered 989 votes. UML’s Ena Giri has been elected as the vice chairman of the rural municipality with 490 votes. RSS
