Entire NC panel emerged victorious in the ward. Gurung received 1,478 votes out of 2,870 votes cast in the re-election held yesterday. Gurung’s nearest rival CPN (UML) candidate Prakash Tamang has got 1,097 votes. 

 Similarly, Bharatpur mayoral candidate Devi Gyawali from CPN (UML) has received 41,946 votes while his nearest rival Renu Dahal from CPN (Maoist Centre) has got 41,725 votes so far. Dahal is lessening the vote gap with Gyawali as Gyawali is leading only by 221 while the count in ward no 19 completed.  Earlier, UML candidate Gyawali had led with 784 votes.
