Minister Yadav said this at a programme organized at Bafal on the occasion of 19th weeks of Ring Road Sanitation Campaign this morning.
He stressed the need for setting up of a separate department for sanitation while noting that it is the shared responsibility of all sectors to keep Kathmandu clean.
