Leader Koshyari, who is currently in Nepal visit, underscored the need of realizing development and prosperity in both India and Nepal by strengthening the bilateral relations.
During an interaction organized by Reporters’ Club here today, leader Koshyari, who is also the coordinator from India for the Eminent Persons’ Group (EPG) formed by the two countries, observed with happiness that it was a big achievement that Nepal got new government with the exercise of democratic system.
According to him, Nepal-India relations are deeply ingrained in the political and people’s levels. He expressed confidence that the newly formed government in Nepal would meet the high expectation people have placed on it.
He further opined that cyber crime and other security related issues and development could be addressed with collaboration and cooperation.
The Indian leader informed that discussions on two-country relations were held with various leaders including Prime Minister KP Oli in Nepal.
