Upper House members insist on effectiveness of development works

They demanded guarantee of an effective monitoring mechanism to complete development projects on time.

Lawmaker Ramnarayan Bidari voiced for action against those contractors making delay in construction works.

Dil Kumari Rawal stressed that upcoming budget should guarantee the completion of development programmes on time.

Radheshyam Adhikari congratulated the newly formed party Communist Party of Nepal by merging two communist parties.
