The report details the financial transactions of all government offices, and state-owned organisations, boards, councils, and committees in the fiscal year 2017/18, in line with Nepal’s Constitution’s Article 294.

It also checks the status of compliance to laws related to financial disciplines and accountability as well as recommendations for the improvement.
