Kathmandu, Dec 14 (RSS): Snowfall shall take place in the high hills and mountain region of the country today, with chances of light rainfall in some parts of the eastern region.

This is the result of the westerly low pressure winds, said the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

In its morning bulletin today, the Department has said light rainfall is likely in the central and eastern region of the country with mid snowfall in the high hill and mountain region. This situation will continue till today evening.
