Damauli, April 23: Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has blamed the incumbent government of failing to implement the new constitution.

At a programme organized to lay foundation stone for the construction of a community forest office building here today, he said that the government even failed to control black-marketing, corruption and irregularities caused by them.

On a different note, he clarified that NC was not in the race of joining government. However, the party would react to the bad deeds of the government as the opposition party.

The building is being constructed at a total cost of 10 million rupees. RSS
