Hetauda, May 4: A police team of District Police Office, Makawanpur today morning arrested a man who was illegally transporting 1.5 kilogramme of gold in a Gaur-bound passenger bus.

Police arrested Arjun Singh, 30, of Gaur Municipality-13 in Rautahat district from a bus (Ba 3 Kha 4746). Singh was spotted concealing the gold during the Police’s regular check of the buses in the Ratomate Check Post in Hetauda Municipality-17 in Makawanpur, according to the District Police Office, Makawanpur.

Arrested Singh was made public with the seized gold through a press conference held today noon in Hetauda. RSS
