Lahan, May 5: Two people were killed in a road accident at Laxmipur-7 along the Siraha-Choharba road section in Siraha district this morning, police said.

The accident took place when a truck (Na 5 Kha 277) hit a bike (Sa 6 Pa 7764) at the place.

The deceased are Naresh Thakur, 18, and Ram Shankar Thakur, 21, of Gulariya-9 in the district.

They died on the way to hospital. Police have arrested the truck driver for further action. RSS
