Kathmandu,  Dec 3:  The Ganesh Man Singh Centre is to honour three Nepali Congress  leaders Marshal Julum Shakya, Omkar Prasad Shrestha and Shyamlal Shrestha.

The Centre that was established in 2069 BS decided to honour Congress leaders spending more than 10 years in prison during their political career.

 According to Centre’s  President Baburaja Chitrakar, the felicitation  ceremony will be held on  coming December 17.  RSS
