After the court issued the sentence, Lital Thapa of Urampokhara of Bihadi Village Council – 5 made fake documents from District Administration Office (DAO), Parbat to avoid arrest.

The Parbat District Court on January 15, 2011 sentenced 29 – year – old Thapa for killing Roshan Rana with sharp weapons on May 18, 2003. The same year Thapa made a fake citizenship document in name of Mansingh Thapa from the DAO Parbat, investigation revealed.

The Area Police Office, Huwash has arrested Thapa on a special tip off 13 years after the crime and handed him over to the Parbat District Court. He was arrested on Thursday by a special team led by Inspector Devi Prasad Poudel. RSS
