Ilam, Jan 20 (RSS): Chief Minister of Province No. 1 Sherdhan Rai has said that the various conspiracies were being hatched to make the federal system failure.

At a programme organized to announce Suryodaya Municipality of the district a tourist city on Sunday, CM Rai argued that the federal system was a new practice for us therefore some hindrances have witnessed in its implementation phase. He, however, said that the system would be strengthened to lead towards its institutionalization.

On another note, CM Rai shared that the provincial government was working to make the province self-reliant in various sectors.
