He is Nils Jakel, 49. According to the District Police Office, Jakel died at Gosainkunda rural municipality-5 after he suffered from respiratory problem in course of returning from Langtang.

He had gone towards Langtang for trekking on Saturday.

A team comprising Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sarat Kumar Thapa Chhetri, has moved towards the incident site for investigation.
