Lahan, Oct 24 (RSS): Majority of men in Balan-Bihul rural municipality-5, Ramnagar Kodarkatti-5 of Saptari have left their village following clashes between two sides. 

Even the grand festival Dashain was celebrated by women only when men left the village after scuffle ensued regarding the formation of Goddess Durga Pooja Celebration Committee. 

Most of the males including ward chairpersons and members had left the village due to fear of police arrest after both the sides lodged FIR against each other following the clash. 

A case was registered at police office against 40 men. After the case filing, 40 indicted persons along with other male of the village had abandoned their village with security threat.
